About Justice For The Innocent

Justice For The Innocent was founded in 2008. It was set up in honor of Jared Klein. A young boy who had his life taken away in a premeditated and henious manner, the sentence imposed was not the maximum sentence available, the person responsible is now in prison, with a group of supporters who are trying to get him released. He has been in prison for just 18months, in the time he has been in prison he has already severely beaten a prison official.

How can we possibly allow these people who take away a child's life to walk the streets again, Every day children in the USA, Canada and the United Kingdom are being abused and murdered, everyday these murderers and abusers are being released back into society, these children who are murdered or abused lives are ruined, the abuse of children rocks the communities around us. We the people put it to you to make the crime of child murder to carry the mandatory sentence of the maximum sentence available in each state and for Child Abuse to carry a mandatory sentence of Life in prison. By doing this we would eliminate the need for sentencing hearings thus saving money. We spend per year on Child Abuse costs without prison or court: $110,000,000,000, on top of this we spend $341,640,000 monitoring pedophiles, and $1,314,000,000 on monitoring child abusers.
The average child sex offender abuses 212 people in there life time, whether that be through physical or sexual abuse of taking indecent pictures or following them. More than 70% of children who are abused physically will go on to abuse children, because they think it is acceptable. When are going to take a stand and stop this?
Prison does not rehabilitate these people, 60% re offend within the first three years whilst there being monitored, and this is just cases we know about, once they are released from monitoring they continue to commit more crimes, with each crime a progression, how much more goes un noticed, these perpetrators are placed in to a prison with animals like them where they can gather tips and ideas on which crime to commit, it widens there social circles where they become friends with people who thrive and thirst off child abuse, we then release them back into society where the knowledge they have gained in prison it put to use. We need to stop releasing Child Abusers and Murders, their victims are not given a second chance, so why should they be?
