David Martinez Ramirez Death Row Inmate

David Martinez Ramirez was sentenced to death for the murder of fifteen year old Candie Gortarez and her mother, both were stabbed multiple times and left to die. In 2000 Ramirez was back in the news again for starting fights during work within the prison, the guards were force to shoot him and the other person he was fighting with, with rubber pellets.

Ramirez has appealed, his last on being filed in 2008, these have all been denied.
